In-Store PurchasesReturns: Items purchased in-store may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided a valid receipt is presented.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges or store credit only, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Final Sale items (e.g., clearance, handmade jewelry, custom products, herbs, bath products, workshops, classes, ceremonies, or events) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Crystals and stones are energy-sensitive and therefore non-returnable once handled, unless damaged upon purchase.
Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us at info@gaiacrystalhealing.com
within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect product so we can resolve it promptly.
Conditions: Items must be returned unused and securely packaged.
Digital products, custom items, and opened bath or ritual products are non-returnable.
